Who are G’s Kitchen and Catering?
G’s Kitchen and Catering is the brainchild of Giuseppe Mazzone. His Italian heritage allowed him to get interested and involved with cooking at a young age. Helping his mum with an array of traditional dishes gave him an appreciation for quality ingredients, well prepared.
Giuseppe was a head chef for many years at various venues around Cambridge, including the prestigious Quy Mill Hotel. He later took up a career as a freelance head chef, covering absence and holidays. This gave him a huge breadth of knowledge and experience in preparing and presenting a whole world of cuisine.
